The Administrative Assistant provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies for business operations and projects.

Responsibilities will Include:
• Telephone/office reception and email correspondence
• Providing information by answering questions and requests
• Scheduling staff meetings and booking travel arrangements
• Maintaining recordkeeping systems including accounts payable, payroll and invoicing
• Supporting corporate budget and personnel requirements
• Developing procedures and reports
• Organizing and maintaining corporate databases, files, records, and templates
• Implementing cost reductions
• Providing data entry support
• Maintaining supplies; anticipating supply needs; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Providing general office management
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:
• High level of customer-oriented professionalism
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail is required
• Strong computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.) is required
• Administrative writing skills
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and routinely report progress on multiple projects and tasks
